Dentist nightmare?

well I've been to a dentist today cause my tooth a bit hurt. The filling is cracked but the doctor said it's no use to do it except do crowning. I thought what and it's costly. Then took an x-ray and a bit surprise how my teeth looks like. Lots of work to get done. I need to get out my wisdom teeth at the bottom :s really broke these days and when we're gonna get our ptpn?
